Doc 338 is a copy of the 1841 Census (HO107/461Bk2F26) which shows a Joshua, with a wife Harriett both about the correct age born in Northfleet, Kent.
In the 1851 Census (HO 107/1781F78)(Doc 404) he is shown as a 41 year old, born Maldon, livingwith his wife, five children and his father. With his father shown staying with him, this census proves beyond any doubt that the previous and latter census entries shown on this page are this man and his family
In the 1881 Census (RG11/1793F44)(Doc 342) Joshua is shown aged 71, born Maldon living with his wife, who is shown as being born in Northfleet, which is good evidence that the 1841 census above is the correct one for these people.
