Tuesday the third day of June of this year 1760, I undersigned, have administered the nuptial benediction to PAUL CAISSY, major son of deceased Jan Caissy and of deceased Cecile HEBERT, widower of Marguerite SIRE, native of Canada, parish of Beausejour, Bishopric of Quebec, resident in the Parish of St. Servan on the one hand, and to MARIE ANNE HACHEE, major daughter of deceased Pierre Hachee and of deceased Cecile LAVERGNE, widow of Francois Chiasson, Native of Isle of St. Jean in Canada, same Bishopric of Quebec, resident in this parish, on the other hand; considering the judgment of Father Noail, official of St. Malo who declares the aforesaid Paul Caissy, widower of Margueritte Sire and permits him to contract a second marriage; this judgment dated the twelfth of April of this same year 1760, signed Loriot, Registrar; considering also the certificate of Sieur Isarne, Commissaire aux classes of St. Malo which attests the death of the aforesaid Francois Chiasson, this certificate dated the first of April of this same year 1760, signed Isarne; the aforesaid Paul Caissy and Marie Anne Achee dispensed by My Lord, the Bishop of St. Malo, of one imediment of affinity of third degree, the said dispensation dated the thirteenth of May of this same year signed + Joannes Josephus, Bishop of St. Malo and below by Janvier, duly verified and insinuated gratis by Mr. Richer the fourthteenth of May of this same year; after the three proclamations of banns canonically made on three consecutive Sundays both at St. Servan and Parame at the homilies of our parachial masses the thirteenth, twentieth and twenty-seventh of April of this same year without any opposition coming to our knowledge as was certified to us by Father Le Sage, cure of St. Servan, his certificate dated the thirty-first of May of this year. Having been witnesses of the said marriage and having attested the residence and liberty of the parties were: Pierre Livois who signed; Michel Caissy, brother of the groom; Michel Grossin, nephew of the groom and Jean Sire who did not sign.
